I absolutely love these gummies! After a test in the beginning to use these, I figured out that I needed to use the day time gummies to help me sleep instead of the night time gummies. I have been taking these for about a year and I have been getting amazing sleep and I have no aches and pains at all!! Love this product and I will use these forever!!
